How does the free trial work?
If a free trial is available for your selected product and you are eligible, the app shows Start free trial with the offer details. Trial length and renewal price are shown before purchase. Trials renew into the selected paid subscription unless canceled through your store settings before the trial ends.
Can I use TradeZap for free?
TradeZap is free to download. New iOS users choose a subscription or an eligible trial during onboarding. Basic and Premium include one lifetime AI Trade Analysis preview and three lifetime Aura chat messages per account, shared across tiers; these are feature previews, not a separate free subscription. Existing account access is shown in the app.
What is AI Trade Analysis?
AI Trade Analysis, also called Aura Trade Review, reviews a completed manual or broker-imported trade on iOS. It uses recorded entries, exits, available price history, and any strategy, emotions or notes you add to offer a concise lesson and a practical next-trade habit. Optional context is not required. Scores depend on sufficient evidence; AI feedback is for reflection, not financial advice.
Which plan includes AI Trade Analysis?
Ultimate includes up to 20 new AI Trade Analysis reports per UTC day, 20 Aura chat messages per UTC day, and weekly AI reports. Basic and Premium share one successful lifetime trade review and three lifetime chat messages per account. Reopening a saved trade review uses no additional report allowance.
What does the AI Trade Scanner do?
The AI Trade Scanner turns a screenshot of one filled order or closed trade into a draft journal entry. Review the extracted details, edit, and confirm before saving. It captures a trade; AI Trade Analysis reviews a completed trade. The scanner is included with Premium and Ultimate.
Which markets can I journal?
Log stocks, options, futures, crypto, and prediction markets in one journal. Options include single-leg trades and vertical spreads; saving spreads requires Premium or Ultimate. Prediction-market Yes/No contracts are logged manually, including Kalshi and Polymarket trades. Broker imports and market data vary by asset class and connection.
How does broker sync work?
Premium and Ultimate include on-demand, read-only broker sync to import available history and view broker-reported holdings. Supported connections include Robinhood, Charles Schwab, Webull, Fidelity, Interactive Brokers, Coinbase and more, across 300+ brokers and exchanges. Ultimate also refreshes broker portfolio snapshots every five minutes while Home or Portfolio is visible in the foreground on iOS. TradeZap cannot place orders or move funds; history and freshness depend on the broker.
Can I use TradeZap on more than one device?
Yes. TradeZap is available on iPhone, iPad, and Android. Sign in with the same account to sync your journal. AI Trade Analysis and the plans described here are for iOS 6.9; Android features and plans may differ.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Manage or cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period or active trial. After a trial ends, continued subscription access requires renewal.
