Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TradeZap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Use License
Aura Crafts LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the TradeZap application for personal, non-commercial trade tracking and portfolio management purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app
- Reverse engineer or decompile the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Transfer your license to another party
Subscription Terms
TradeZap offers free and premium subscription plans:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
- Free trial periods, when offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial expires.
- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

TradeZap is a trade tracking and journaling tool. It is not financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any securities.
TradeZap is not responsible for trading decisions or financial losses. Market data provided through the app is for informational purposes only and may be delayed. Always verify data with your broker before making trading decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Crafts LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of TradeZap.
Data and Privacy
Your use of TradeZap is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to TradeZap at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business.
